his Executors Administrators or Assigns will not sell assign

demise sub-let or part with the possession of the said demised

premises or any part thereof to any person corporation or Company without the consent in writing of the Governor of Hongkong or other person duly authorised by him in that behalf nor permit any

person corporation or company (other than a domestic servant) with-

-out the consent in writing of the said Governor or other person duly authorised by him in that behalf to reside in or upon or have the use and enjoyment of the said premises or any part thereof pro- -vided that in any case in which any such consent as aforesaid may be requisite the grant or refusal thereof shall lie in the absolute

discretion of the said Governor or other person duly authorised in manner hereinbefore appearing.
